Information we handle

When you submit the contact form, the website sends your name, email address, and message to us through Brevo, our email delivery provider. We use your email address to reply. We do not store form submissions in a website database. You can also contact us using the direct email link. The website has no account registration.

Our hosting provider may process technical request data, such as your IP address, requested pages, request time, and browser or device information, to deliver and protect the website.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check contact form submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals needed for this check. The form is sent only after the check succeeds.

Your color theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under “leanda-theme”. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to us by the website.

Analytics and cookies

A deployment may include Google Tag or Google Tag Manager if we enable it. When enabled, Google and tags configured in the container may collect visit and interaction data and use cookies or similar identifiers. The exact tags depend on the deployed configuration. If no Google tag is configured, the website does not load it.

You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Clearing the theme preference resets it to your system setting. Browser controls may limit analytics features.

Why and how long we use information

We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, discuss potential work, and maintain the related business conversation. Technical data helps deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website. If enabled, analytics helps us understand website use.

We keep correspondence only while needed for the inquiry or relationship and any applicable legal obligations. Hosting and analytics data are retained according to the relevant provider settings and applicable requirements. You can ask us about the period that applies to your information.

Service providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare to host the website and Brevo to deliver contact form messages. If Google tagging is enabled, Google and any services configured through Google Tag Manager may also process website usage data. These providers may process information outside your country or region. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy question. We will handle requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You can also stop using the website or contact us without using the website.

Children, security, and changes

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Please do not send us sensitive personal information or information about a child through email unless necessary and authorized.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy as our website or data practices change and will post the revised effective date here.
